mod request : making subduing worth it
As of now, subduing is very unrewarding. you can only take down a few if not all of oyur team have non-lethal round, and even then, each of them only gives you a CHANCE to get... just intel. just that. while i think that subduing a soldier, or even an higher rank like a colossus should give you either credit, bonus mission or loot ( aka the equipment they have on them? i took down a flame thrower guy, gimme the flame thrower :c ). but anything making it worth while to subdue. while the action of subduing is extremely pleasant to do ( gun bash your head boom crack!! ) it is not of the most rewarding, especially when there is only a "chance" to get a reward out of out, while you go the extra mile to not kill that enemy.

Technically, depending on how many you subdue, you can get guaranteed intel reward, but thats it. Once you get that, you get nothing, which sucks a lot. Also subduing leaders should have a special reward of its own. They arent too different from their base units, but still, they are stronger than them, and going out of your way to subdue them should also be rewarded

it should be a roll for intel per enemy you subdue so you could get tons

loot would be really interesting too - some great mods like Grimy's Loot Mod and Spectrum Green did it for X2

do u guys have some other version of the game? in mine 1 captured = 20intel, any number of captured above 1 is also 20 intel
Ppl who talk about %chance seems to watched the devs pre-release gameplay where it was % based

Nope, it's a 20% chance per capture, capture 5 means 100% chance at 20 intel... and that's the max.
