How to mod textures and where to find character images for Cutscenes?
How do you mod textures in CS? Does it use the same stuff as XCOM2? Also where would I find the character images from dialogues and are they editable? I just want to make some slight texture changes and image touch ups for consistency since I noticed that a lot of the images for the characters and the models don't match up in some places.
