What's the best way to upload/share challenge files to Steam from the Challenge Editor?

Since the ability to do that was added by game devs with the latest update it won't be implemented in the editor. Just make a challenge then upload it from game :)

In the editor there's no way to make a challenge start with a savegame. How do you make a challenge start with a savegame?
