Saving/exporting mod settings?

I have quite a few mods installed and I spent quite a bit of time messing around with the UI mods in particular. Not to mention bot loadouts etc.

Is there a way to export the mod settings as a file or something? Would be great for backing up if anything goes wrong or if I move to a different PC. Or are mod settings stored on the server?
