As the title says if anyone could make simple mod for this underrated flask.
I know that it can trigger emblems effects on ultimate skill use but only once each 10 seconds, which can make some emblem effects pernament like vampiric one, and since tomb raiser is now valid he can make use of his short cooldown ultimate with this.

the mod just needs to show how long before you can use the ultimate skill to use the flask emblem effect again.
