Unable to select tags for an uploaded workshop item

Hey guys,

I haven't posted on the workshop in years, but I made an item that took *days* so I am trying to make the workshop presence perfect. Unfortunately, I can't seem to figure out how to add tags to the upload. Could someone help me out on this?

go to manage your screenshots, then click 'show on disk' and at the top you can see where the files are located. don't forget to sub to one of my items for helping, lol, just kidding, you don't have to, sighhhhhhhhhh.
