Modding Settlement Building cap
Does anyone know if there is a way to increase the building cap/limit on settlements? or it is just hardcoded to remove modability?

I've looked everywhere ive searched so many files trying to find this one value. of course in the ranking system the settlement only has a specific value "default = yes" well damn that makes it harder since so many files and other crap use default has a name
