May require deletion of the Settings.txt file under Documents > My Games > Runic Games > Torchlight 2.
Check that the Realtek Audio Driver is functioning properly.
Update Video Drivers for the Gpu if needed.
Try Re-installing the Visual C++ files from Microsoft.

That's water under the bridge, since Nexus and ModDrop are working together now.
Even if some Skyrim modders still hold a grudge. In any case, Let just say it is old news and move on.
