I've got a fantastic idea but it would be a total conversion, new calls would be needed, basically it would just be text calls with a set of orders ie. (send an armed patrol here) police would be replaced with different vehicles filled with infantry, EMS would just be medics, and fire could be used for disabling IED's and recovering wrecked vehicles, mission wise at least. the mod would need to make most conflicts turn into shootouts though, and you could pick a city in a conflict zone for more realism. They even already have helicopters in the game so you could set up blackhawks and chinooks. If anybody has knowledge of how to make the mod I've been in the US army Infantry for over 6 years and would be happy to assist in making it as realistic as possible.
