How to change the wining conditions in the map editor?

when I finish the map for my self, I found the wining conditions are all...I just want to conquer, conquer and conquer...

You cant. You will have to do it by script. Insert
state.removeVictory(VictoryKind.VFame);
state.removeVictory(VictoryKind.VLore);
state.removeVictory(VictoryKind.VMoney);
state.addVictory(VictoryKind.VMilitary);

inside your onFirstLaunch() function.
