Game keeps crashing! HELP FAST SOLVED

for the last 2-3 days my game keeps crashing after 5-15mins of gameplay.... I do have a low spec computer but i can play the game.... If anyone knows how to fix please tell me!

Might be a mod. Try uninstalling your mods.

All my mods are vfx i tried uninstalling them game didnt crash it was the costume mod that i didnt even use XD ... TNX!!!
