Add stages of 2018 TdF

It would be awesome if someone could create the stages of the 2018 Tour de France and upload them!

I'm looking foward to the course with cobblestones and Alpe d'Huez. I already tried the stage editor but it didn't work very well for me.

Today I up a mod of 2017 with real names, stats and maillots. I have done one mod of 2018 and 2019, I must update it soon, I add the stages that you want too.
