Mod idea: more interactive endings
So far my friend and I got through several endings by now, and I've seen the true ending as per research to make my mod not stick out like a sore thumb because of the information I wasn't aware of.
But I digress.

What we both noticed so far is how compared to the rest of the game, player character really has no agency on how things unfold during the encounter with Reza and afterwards. Not even when it comes to variations of the things to say (I could think of a couple of routes which people might want to take from what we have right now to "I support your intentions but you've gone too far." to "You are a crazy maniac!" to something to annoy Reza on purpose just for the hell of it).

So I've been thinking (after we'll explore game more naturally) about making endings more... interactive. Sure, it's a massive undertaking, and, uh, not sure if my writing would be up to this task, but the general idea is to allow player choices to actually matter here as well. And I am not talking about simple cosmetic changes but actual life or death decisions (ok, you won't be able to get true or evil endings through those obviously for game's integrity's sake).

If anyone has any suggestions as to what course of action they'd like to see MC take during Reza's encounter, feel free to leave them below. Naturally, I have quite a few ideas of my own, but it's always better to see what other people have in mind.

Lorem's good ending is especially interesting, since the player has a recording device from that point onward. Forgot the specifics of what the player knows by that ending of the memory-wiping effects from using the portal, but even that could be solved like the player speaking or otherwise placing a message in it of sorts.

Another ending I think has a ton of potential is Remy's bad one, since the player has access to the the certainly deminished but maybe crucial remaining resources that were left behind in the city. The things the player could take with them could range from small portable cell storage tubes (if one is particularly partial to the murdered or deceased characters, and collecting material from them to create new offspring or something, so that for example either Remy can still have his child from Amelia or Maverick can be surprised with offspring from his brother), items to make them move more quickly and can either select more scenes per chapter or do more things in certain scenario's, like I don't know inline skates xD, or even items like heavy tranquilizers or mild poison so they can prevent certain or even all murders and still make the scenes serious enough to set things in motion the same way (Which I imagine would be a logical for the character to do in the secret ending).

Like you already said, it's a ton of work, and if you think you can use a beginning modder, I'm happy to give a humble contribution ^^
