trying to make a mod, having issues
I'm trying to mod iris into Terra Branford using a dissidia nt model I found online. I followed this guide on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XyWnD7J87MM&t=996s) but I get lost around when he works on the texture, mainly the alpha texture part.

So far all i get is a partially invisible terra. Her animation isn't too bad exept for her skirt and cape but the main thing I'm trying to fix is to make her texture fully visible with color.

Here's a picture of how she looks right now.(https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QJnNmaVg8fICBtz1fYX0l3RBYGS9ezYU/view?usp=sharing) (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QYa0cYJ4PDrdAjILfcNM7LpyjinDJtLs/view?usp=sharing). I kept getting pictures of when she was moving so she might look a little blurry.
I changed all the texture in tif but I get confused on how to add in the alpha texture correctly.
I changed all the texture from tga into tif and edit the alpha texture into transparent (black and white), tried different ways to make the alpha textures to work but failed.

Here's a picture of what I'm trying to make her look like. (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DoYuUrpXtAlW75upVZRJ9VxTRXHjzaJY/view?usp=sharing)
I use blender 2.79 as the guide says that 2.8 has some conflicts with the mod organizer. I have no experience with 3d modeling programs other than me trying to create this mod.

If someone wants to try make the mod yourself then here's the original 3d model and my altered version .blend file if you want to see what I might need to fix.
