I created a local mod but it's not showing
as the title follows
I want to make a localization and changed some of the texts but the mod isnt showing in the game workshop list

Did you apply the mod ?
After you edit any text do not forget to pack the file (icon > next to save icon).
If there are message box regarding html when packaging better check that also.
