Mod REQUEST: Realistic Loadouts
The loadouts have been ridiculous since XCOM. I used to hump FAR more than that and still move quickly even in swamp. At a minimum, everyone, not just the specialists, should have extra utility slots from the beginning and be able to carry 2 grenades not one. If that makes it too easy for some people, then up the difficulty level.
