I have seen videos where people build the Bat Mobile and work on semi trucks and buses, how and where do I get these so i can work on them too because I have bought all the DLC's on here and I can't get them thanks.

you go into the workshop, subscribe to a couple of mods and you can find them in your game to buy and work on
