you have to understand that we have just started to map outside our own solar system talkless of our neighbouring stars, this is a tall order mod request, at best you would only get earth and the solar system positions right , but all other stars would be random as far as ths mod may be concerned, but it can be possible

There's no "map editor" feature sadly, so I'm afraid this isn't possible

I would settle for a partial galaxy that has the stars on the map in their true positions.
