Uploading mods to the steam workshop is a pain in the ♥♥♥. It used to be simple, with a steam interface via *username > content > your published items. You then would proceed to select your file and upload it. Easy right?... Okay so how easy?

When you want to upload a TOTAL WAR mod to the steam workshop you must use SEGA's new "launcher". You click the folder icon, label your mod and upload. My file I want to upload has tables of building(s), experience effects and a few more to mention. I can't get my head around why steam won't or can't upload a few string tables worth no more than a couple of KB in size. It just keeps giving me an error message upon each attempt to upload a file. "Error: unable to upload to the steam workshop".

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to upload to the workshop correctly for this game specifically.
