mods not working?
I've been trying to install (or subscribe) to a bunch of mods that can replace Sam's model and none of them seem to work. Any tips?

Custom player models are for multiplayer only.

Go to your options and change your model; and make sure your playing the moddable version.

Yep, thanks guys. Found a mod that enables that changes model on multiplayer option while on solo.
