Unable to publish course publicly

Hi, I got Golf Around a few weeks ago, and really like it so far. I've published 3 maps so far, but am unable to make any of them publicly visible - only "Friends only", "Hidden", and "Unlisted".
any ideas why this might be?

So you're saying you don't see "Public" under change visibility? That could be a problem with your account. Have you agreed to the workshop terms?

I can just set your maps public if you want.

Thanks for the response! Exactly, "Public" doesn't show as an option. I have agreed to the workshop terms, so I don't think it's that. If you could just set the maps to public that would be awesome!

Could you make my newest map (Winter Island of Minigolf) public too? I think unfortunately when I republish a map from the editor it reverts to Friends only...

Done, your map is great by the way. Awesome hole 18. Hole 17 was quite funny too.

Hi There! Could you make my two newest courses (Ecoverse and Archipelago) public? Also I might have figured out why I can't make my courses public - is it possible that it is because I have a limited steam account (I haven't spent 5 dollars in the steam store)?
