Must have mods?

I'm a new player, and I like to play wide and focus on the explore/exploit. I don't really enjoy combat minigames so let it play out the battles automatically. Any mods that are considered absolute must haves by the community, especially given my indifference to combat?

Can offer my modlist, would suggest you pick and choose among the more recent or more popular mods yourself.

can you load game saves with this mod pack?

any game already in progress won't work very well, or how the mod should. you *can* do it I think, going from a base game save into a mod possibly (since there is no requirements to do so) but starting fresh will give you everything those mods offer.
