Iron Raccoon has Cortex Command

I can't install or delete workshop mods!

When i subscribe or unsubscribe to mods on the steam workshop, i go in game and they're not/still there. Help?

Ok this game has a mod limit for some reason so install around 10-25 mod you really want then unstall the game and reinstall it and the mods will be there
