MOD Request
Hello I am looking for a mod that adds 2 things

Research
After you finish all the Research it becomes 100% useless I am asking for a set of research that gives + 1 to FIDS and happiness

Hero's
After you max out a lvl for hero's skill points becomes pointless
I am asking for a add skill after you master a hero gives you a +10 to everything damage health ext

Not sure how hard this would be but it's more or less a request
