Server mod install?

I have looked around and either I am just too stupid or old and missed it but I am trying to a guide on how to install mods on a dedicated server, does anyone know of any giudes that could help?

I just spent all last weekend fighting to figure this out. It's actually pretty easy once you get the process (my DS is the "Eastern US (NY) Survival" with 62 mods and counting lol) the PingPerfect tech support was quite helpful. Let me find the link

I don't know how you're hosting your server, but the process should be basically identical to whats here:
