Oc Mod help ?

So im kinda really new (havent been on steam since I made this account) and i've fallen in love with the thought of having my own oc in the game, So are there any artist/modders who do commissions for people's OCs in this game? (paypal, da)

Hi, I can help with the coding part of the mod if your interested. I would also help with the art, but I cant draw lul.
