I was thinking earlier to day.....with all of the shop mods available for Prison Architect, there should be a donut shop (police.....donuts). Also, maybe a vet for the K9's? I know there are dog trainers, but that's not the same as a veterinarian. Just a couple of ideas....I'm not a modder.
