I was thinking if it were possible for a lovely modder to port the soundtrack from one of Eugen's older games called "RUSE." It was also Second World War RTS. Personally I've noticed a good few entities from that game have definitely made their way into Steel Division, but so far nothing related to the cool soundtrack have.

If anyone can manage doing that, I think you'll get some good publicity on the workshop out of it. Is it possible?
