Changing Language of Text (French)
Does anyone know how to change the language of the text in game to French?

For the game itself, you change it from within the Steam client (Right-click on game entry > Properties > Language tab > select language), not from within the game. It should change the language files immediately once you click OK, or at least when you next try to run the game. If not, then you may have to restart the Steam client.

Additionally, you'll want to subscribe to the French version of TSLRCM (since I notice the link you posted leads to a discussion for the English version).
