Evil Genius Mod?

The first thing I thought of when I saw that volcano was Evil Genius, and the raiding just reinforced that thought.

To my mind at least its just one of those things that should be done.

But in all seriousness, that could be cool to see even a mission trying to manage foreign forces trying to stop a evil genius while deciding what to do with him. I'd do that myself.
