S+ Mod?

Is there a mod that is specifically that adds S+ items? I watch YouTubers play Ark and they talk about the S+Mod, but I haven't found one that is specifically FOR S+.

disgusting ahh troll noob loser. Keep that profile private, bud. You CLEANSE A TOTEM while 3 of your teammates are getting chased/downed. I'm fully recoverable and you cleanse a totem for no reason and then stand there. And then don't even recover the other survivor on the ground.

Literally keep those comments off and hours hidden, garbage ahh noob. its clear why you do.
