Looking for a sanctioned mod

Basically, want to create cata builds for almost every character and looking for a mod which would mark items already equipped on other characters so I accidentally won't reroll properties or traits on them.

Is there something like that? Thanks.

You could mark items as favorites I suppose. Or do you already have some things marked as favorites for another purpose?

LoL, actually, I wasn't aware of that feature at all, it isn't showed anywhere in the game. I have seen that green heart in videos and screenshots but thought it was a mod, so that's why I asked. So thanks for letting me know, got what I needed.

Yeah, that's totally understandable. I haven't played the game in a long while, but unless they changed it, the only in-game mention of the feature is a loading screen tip added some time later. The chances of seeing that is of course quite small given how many tips there are. They didn't even have it in the keybinds settings for whatever reason.

You can favourite items in your inventory by hovering over them and pressing [F]. This will move them to the top of your inventory and protect them from being salvaged by accident.
