All the most useful hotkeys for drawing (at least the ones I think), just keep in mind it's probably more useful for left-handed artists than right-handed.

The most used keys by me is switch between brush and rotate canvas, as well as marquee (probably should switch to freeform lasso?)

A/B for undo/redo (you need to install script called StepBackwardSmart, because Photoshop undo sucks; every time you undo it will switch layer for no reason; Adobe refuse to fix this because they do not even recognize it as bug but as a feature)

I also rebinded redo from default ctrl+y to Adoble Illustrator hotkey, ctrl+shift+z since it was easier to press it on keyboard. Change that hotkey in PS menu, or in Companion profile to ctrl+y.

X/Y is switch between layer and mask (if you have mask). Mask is a better way to erase some of layer in a non-destructive way, instead of using eraser (which is destructive)

Can you test and verify if it's useable with right hand? Anyway, you can reverse keys layout.
