Hi Ultra, i have taken a screenshot of how i do it. You can also do it via the mission text file but i find it easier in the editor when placing troops. But if you are doing a large group of soldiers it may be easier using the mission text file.
Note on the right of the below pic, I have highlighted Texmods (short for Texture Modification). This allows you to change the texture of many entities in the game. By default the US Soldier has Forest Cam, and you can choose Winter or Desert for him by clicking on the options shown. Under Texmod there are other options that allow you to just select individual parts of his uniform for camo changes. Hope this helps you.
