I could have sworn there was an early mod called something like "So Talented!" that gave you all talents, but I cannot find it. Perhaps I am going mad.

thats half of it i want to be able to equip all talents if i wanted

there was, your 100% right. no where to be found. and i figured it would be an easy mod to do. but not really sure
