BoatMOD Example
https://yadi.sk/d/i177hlKKKhXYpA
If it's a localization (i.e. a mod for language) then in your installation folder you have a folder (theFisher Online/thefisher_Data/StreamingAssets/_WorkshopLocalization) change If it's a graphics mod then you have to put everything that belongs to the mod in the same path but at the end then take the other folder in this case then _WorkshopTextures.
It is important that the folder structure always remains the same.
As an example you want to make the hands which are located in:
(theFisher Online\theFisher_Data\StreamingAssets\Textures\Hands)
Then you have to do the structure in the workshop folder as well.
(Textures/Hands) and inside there are the files you created the graphic.
Then you go into the game and in the main menu at the very front you go to the gear (settings). And there you will find a button with (Workshop). Then you have 3 tabs for localizations or textures. The first tab is your installed mods.
But there it goes without saying.
If you have any questions, ask again.
go to
...\Steam\steamapps\common\theFisher Online\theFisher_Data\StreamingAssets\Textures\UI
then edit the "SmartPhone.png" or make a new png with original size (recommendet) rename it to "SmartPhone" and make it as png replace the original and ur done (i made a backup from the original just in case)
i used gimp for task like that ^^
