Can't publish mod

I'm trying to publish a mod, but whenever I click "Publish a Mod" the game just freezes and I have to restart my computer, anyone know how to fix

Depending on how big the mod is, it may take a long time to upload. The game will appear frozen in the interim. Try waiting a little longer to see if the mod goes through.
