Well Read Achievement bug
I had previously collected about 7 of the notes. today I went to get the remaining ones and as I was collecting them my counter started from 1/10. now I have all the notes and the achievement isnt unlocking.

Thank you for posting! It looks like they did a patch that fixed the bug as well.
