Not sure if it is a bug? The purple door will be shut down earlier in this map than in the classic games, so that I usually get stuck in, and have to reload my archives.

I wanted to climb the ventilation duct into the studio, but because of this, I didn't have time to fill the wall (the wall at 3:53) and would be chased by dogs.

The door thing isn't a bug. Purple doors become one way only during Lights Out, which can be at any time on a custom map.
Not sure what you mean by this. Neither Chakotay video shows you having any trouble with dogs. Though they would be patrolling at 4 stars, you were too far ahead for them to catch you.
The high security rating is definitely because you didn't tape the security camera in your cell before accessing the vent, causing a guard to always come in and see it and then go report it. That's an instant 3 stars.
I appreciate it. Quite a treat to watch you in action. Your methods are quite different from what I'm used to. Very cool to see a different player's approach.
Ah, seems like you got Lockdown triggered in Estherholm (not that it stopped you). Can't say for sure why, but I suspect the holes you dug might have gotten noticed, or maybe that wall poster got discovered. Sometimes the guards just check them and find the hole anyway. It's kinda cheap, IMO.
Thank you for sharing these. I hope you enjoy my other maps in addition to the ones you played. Kinda curious about how you'd handle Sandtrap in particular.
Yes, the reason is indeed the highest level of security. In addition, toilet paper rolls are too scarce to block the vents.
I really like to escape by climbing the ventilation duct. If I could escape by climbing the air duct, I would definitely do that.
I am kind of confused though why you used it to go from your cell to another person's cell in the same building only to run out the front door anyway. It also looked like you got out without using a yellow key for the door. How did you do that? Something to do with the desk?
Also I want to compliment you on your Estherholm escape. Very different from how I intended it to be done. I did tweak things a bit since you did reveal an error I didn't realize I had left in there, but still, very nicely done.
That isn't up to me, sadly. Anytime I wanted to use fake vents, the supply of toilet paper just ups and vanishes no matter what map I'm playing.
I guess the guard noticed the mounds. I'm about to run away, so I don't care about causing Lockdown. Sometimes it is particularly exciting to run away while listening to the sound of the highest alert.
I like your maps very much. Each design has many ingenuities worth learning. I am starting to play them one by one.
One idea I never got to work was making it so you had to fight your way through the Riot guards in order to get to the exit as a kind of "boss battle." Camp Mennihackatorso was originally designed this way, but it didn't work in practice. They'd notice me breaking into the room, lockdown would go off and I'd get swamped before I could finish fighting them and couldn't prevent them from triggering it. But if you simply walked in with a disguise, you wouldn't have to fight them at all.
Are you talking about "Chakotay Island"? Yes, because I didn't carry the yellow key. When the lights are turned off in the middle of the night, the yellow door of my cell will be locked, but I can walk out of someone else’s cell (but I cannot get in again). This setting already exists in the classic maps.
Playing with the maps you designed is quite fun. I'm so glad these videos are helpful to you. I am also very happy to receive your compliments, what a pleasant surprise.
I wasn't aware of that. Very cool.

I like this map a lot. There are many different ways to play. The only reading room is arranged with a red door. This setting is very challenging. I did grab the real red keys to enter the reading room, and use this method to increase my intelligence to 80. I was a little frustrated at first, but then I was very addicted.
(After that, I changed two easier ways to get the red key─grabbing the red keys and entering the guard room to get the copy keys out, and climbing the air ducts to get the copy keys out.)
I really like to escape by climbing the ventilation ducts. Regrettably in the first round, the paint cans were not collected. Not sure if it was deliberately set like this? Because of this, I had to dig a long underground tunnel to go out. (Therefore, it is found that although the underground tunnel is connected to the grids but not conductive, there is no need to turn off the power generator. This setting is different from the setting of the classic maps.)
In the second round, the paint cans were still very difficult to collect. Constantly opening the table and beating inmates day after day, the process of waiting for the paint cans to be drawn out is quite boring. Finally, I waited for 15 days and finally collected them. All three were snatched from inmates. (There has never been a paint can in the table.)
In addition, there is a small bug. When standing in this channel, I can't walk left and right normally. https://youtu.be/g_dKLMF9xS8

The editor doesn't permit editing the underground layer or adding electric fences so nothing I can do about that.
Gathering mats, including paint cans, can be frustrating. Sometimes certain items just vanish from the loot table for unexplained reasons and just don't ever seem to come back. I can't set loot generation on a custom map besides some very vague and unclear settings, so if something isn't appearing, that's not me. That's Escapists being Escapists, sadly.
I'm impressed you got into the warden's office with a red key rather than the vents. I would have thought that would have been more trouble than it was worth.
I've not sure what the deal is with those two vent openings causing you to get stuck. I've seen, on rare occasions, the vents just bug out for no good reason (parts disappearing and now this). I've no idea how to fix it, but I can say those particular vents should never be necessary to escape. Given they lead out into open halls that should be patrolled regularly, they aren't really a good option to use I would think.
