I think I know how to do it but it require a lot of work.
You need to run through all Diagnoses.xml look at each disease and its symptoms and then add all treatments according to the symptoms that are missing in <Treatments>.

With over 200 patients per day, I have no problems with that and I always try to research everything, no idea what the problem is, then you just build another laboratory ...

Maybe you can help me out, I am just fine with 100, maybe 130 patients, but 200 - no way. Maybe my calculations how many nurses, how many x ray rooms, how many ER doctors are needed are off, but I mainly struggle with long waiting queues even if staff and room and facilities are free.

Examples:
My Cardiac Surgery Team is: 4 Surgeons (only surgery as role), 4 Nurses for OR (only that role), like 10 Anesthesist in ICU (where are 9 Beds atm, so they should be free) for the day, half team at night, still no simulatinous surgery or far away from those numbers other people say, lile 10 surgeries per day.

ER ward: always have to send the patients by my own to the other departments, otherwise it gets congested. Last time I needed to wait 15 real live minutes (there was a event timer) for one guy getting his x ray. At this moment there were 4 x ray rooms available, there was no queue in the waiting areay, in the ER ward have been like 4 or 5 nurses and not many patients, so they could have transported the patient right away... this way I lost the event due to this mechanic. Any adivce like 1 nurse for 2 beds ratio or sth.?

ECG: 1 room, not enough, 2 rooms not enough, 4 rooms not enough, 6 rooms still getting the message that the waiting timr for ECG is too long. dont know what to do.
