What are the limits of character creation for VX Ace?

Is it possible to program VX Ace to allow the player to have access to the character generator in the game maker? I've seen a few online but I'm not really finding what I'm looking for.

I'm talking about letting the player customize the face of their character, hair styles, clothing, eyes, eye color, accessories, the whole shebang. I hope to at least draw out custom hairstyles, eye shapes, clothing and accessories for the player to choose from.

I have seen two scripts which allow for this sort of functionality: Neon Black's "Composite Character" script, and Modern Algebra's "Composite Graphics" script. Unfortunately, I'm not able to find an online resource for Neon Black's scripts, so hopefully all their hard work isn't lost forever. Modern Algebra's is hidden on a forum which is soon to be defunct. Without proper preservation, the work you put into something gets lost, nullifying it. There is a GitHub page with a non-exhaustive repository[github.com] of VX Ace scripts, which is likely not mirrored, so I recommend downloading the whole thing and perusing through it (which is time-consuming), as I believe in the value of their hard work.
