turf war mod

Can someone make turf war mod among chimera squad and three enemy factions?

Sounds cool but the game will lag with three factions at once. Better to have all four factions (XCOM and the three gangs) duking it out on the strategic layer.

So if you took one mission that removes one gang's territory, the game could role for the chance for one of the two others to move in.
