Cannot start Heart battle (unclickable)

I have issue with some of the mods so i can't click last stage after finishing previous one. Maybe someone had this issue before and knows which mod may block my progress?

(i know i should probably disable some mods one at a time and check if it works, but i'm not sure if it won't breat whole run AND i want to know how to fix it for future runs as well)

The only mod I've seen which breaks this is Downfall, which breaks it consistently if you try to fight the normal heart. (Of course if you're playing Downfall mode itself, the new act 4 works fine).
