First time installing the Help System feature on a website of mine as I wanted to try it out, and I have to say, it's a bit misleading.
It's listed under the "enhancements" category of features. This led me to believe that it would help to counteract the negative satisfaction of the Ad Block Obfuscator and Ads. Instead, it merely added to the subtotal of the features. Turning it off did nothing but help out with support tickets. Now personally, I don't mind having a couple support teams. I only have the Ad Block Obfuscator and banner ads, yet have a negative penalty of 30% on my site.
I was not expecting the Help System to eliminate that, but to help a little bit was what I understood when I spent the RP to research it, and all the components to upgrade it.
Just a thought.
I see what you mean. Might make sense to make some custom behavior for the Help System. Will look into it!

What I would find really handy though is if I could put a Team that I have set to work on something specific into a bubble, their inventory shows as sub inventory which I can at any point bleed into another team or the overall pool at my discretion. This would allow me to gauge each teams performance and effectively build them around improving specific features and functions of my business.
If possible, and this may be me gunning too high, have a new role:
Project Leader - He can oversee 3 managers - 24 staff and be assigned to a specific feature on my website. That way the only time I upgrade that feature is when that specific group has produced the required stock. This would be an awesome way to min max team builds and manage surplus stock by giving me turn over time between each upgrade and ring fenced stock. But again, with just the ring fence feature I could do the job of PL.

And also a filter for offers that are too low. I have to manually go in and delete all the low offers. Would be great if you could set a minimum amount for a certain ad type.
2. Would be nice if once we sold a website, it stayed as a company in the stock listings (instead of being deleted from existence).
3. Would like to see a rework of the way ads work, maybe have companies bid for ad spots on our website. The bigger and happier our website is, the more they pay.
4. Would also like an option to only receive ad bids that I set (So I could set $8 video ads min for example and my workers only show me companies willing to pay this amount).
5. I know this is a big one but would love to see some form of multiplayer, so I can either run a company with a friend, or both have separate companies in the same world.
6. (recruiters) Would like the option to only be notified on certain events. So when they find a superstar for example or whatever settings I set. This way we could leave the recruiters running even when we dont urgently need employers and not have to delete loads of unwanted finds (after all, that should be their job).
1. After I retire, Can't it be possible to continue the growth of the company through another CEO or being a Board of Director? Its hard to see the game end after putting up so many years of hard work. I understand the server may be a big limitation on this.
2. Manager role must be tweaked to any attribute. For eg. Be a Team Leader for developer or designer and ensure the responsibilities are split as per the requirement we give instead of staff being stuck when requirements are missing. Same time, Managers should also suggest us investment and marketing options for the best results. Its hard to monitor share prices falling to invest - If the manager can make suggestions on this, would be great.
3. Features are not making necessary impact - or so it seems. I played entire career with landing page and one additional feature and still got into top 5. My suggestion is to give ad revenue on each feature which can help us make more money and also makes it harder to manage and wanting to build more features.
