Firstly, do you use any mods? If so, please list those as it'll make it much easier to work out what might be causing the issue.

Can you explain in a little more detail exactly what the problem is? I am a little confused with exactly what is going wrong sorry.

Do you think you could upload the save file and log file to Google drive (or other reputable file providers) and provide the link here?

It will help me find the cause of the issue.
