Heh, I wish to actually make one of those.

As far as I know the only available mods giving you chance to change main character's appearance (beyond regular stuff) are some of the mods giving you entire new character class. Even those work a bit weird (aka obviously female portrait of a character has 'default' on male and trying to change it forces you to use regular character appearance generator).

I had certain problems understanding documentation of mod tool so I'm trying to reverse engineer some of open source existing modes ... fingers crossed on that.

Meantime as far as just cosmetic change of pre-existing NPCs goes - there are several mods (70% lewds ) and it seems it's rather easy to make as long as you have graphics... I'm on the winning side here as I pretty much should be able to make those~

Best thing would be making a custom NPC as well... but it's beyond me and I doubt ability to crash course before 18th when even ends

I just want a mod that gives you more options for your on map and battle models. There are some out there, but they ... are like all female. In fact almost all the model changes are for females.

Jokes aside - it is normal in moddding community. Even if we do not count lewd ones - female characters still get 4-5 times more attention in most of game modding communities. We are called "Fairer Sex" for a reason

But I admit - it would be fun to play some hunk for a change and vanilla creation system weirdly enough makes me lean towards making abominations like in Kenshi (not only me, some top screenshots prove people playing with the idea XD).

Hmm.... maybe I should try to make male NPC art replaces later as well? I'm not aweinspiring with male charas but... might try for fun.

Sadly as far as I've dwelled into mod tool - I still have no inkling on how to build or replace models T_T (despite it being clearly possible) so at most it would be still only art replacer :( (gomene for my clear lack of competence)

99% of the female character mods out there dress females as playmates.

Females are just way more beautiful and cute than the boring monsters and men we already see so often :p

At the time of writing there was a mod with a preview pic as described.
I would assume that it has been removed or forced to change the preview pic , especially given that it was (clearly) depicting an underage girl.
