Doing it as a Steam mod is a bit problematic, it wouldn't be compatible with TSLRCM.

Hey. Um, I tried several times to download and run the mod. And I managed to download the mod, but it refused to run the mod.

I'd love to help, but you'd have to give me some more info than "it doesn't work".
What do you mean with "refused to run the mod"?
Did you read the installation part of the description?
The mod comes with an installer (TSLPatcher), things should work after running it, if you stick to the installation part of the description.

I installed the mod with the installer. But when I went to boot up my game the heads weren't there.

So, do you use the Steam version of TSLRCM?

I did.

Ok, clear. I'm afraid I'm out of ideas then.

I will do a Steam version, even with the limitations a Workshop mod has, but it will take some time.
