medical system and radio

i suck at making anything and can only consume, so i'll ask people who probably now more than i. Is implementing some ACE3-like medical system and taskforceradio even realistic? From the way i've seen, the squad is not very friendly for modding so..
Not like i cant play with them in arma, it's just that finding normal server is pretty hard

that said, you might be able to do some funky things with radio in game, but you wont be able to connect that to an external application such as teamspeak. Also of note, the in game voice system is not very exposed to mods.
