Free unfinished unit mod to do with as you please

The mod was called reloadout, it was going to have hero backgrounds where you could play as all sorts of things such as a standard vanguard liberator to cyborg police. I'll probably grab a few things from it but the general mod is abandoned (just focusing on the mods I have already). Some people might find some useful stuff or ideas in it. Steal, take whatever you want and have fun!
