For some reason, I can't seem to make my Administors to complete the first R&D Project, and its just stuck at 66,1%. I have the office desks, and that type of staff is allowed into the room, and I have hired Three Administars and all of them are assigned to the project, and I have three office desks. It either says that there aren't any Administors (even when it is their time to be at the airport) or that they can't work for some stupid reason. The room is also a Staff Room and a Staff Zone. Can anyone help me fix this if I don't find out how to myself?
